US Navy Divers Keep Students Safe at Carderock During International Human-Powered Submarine Races
Every other year, hundreds of college and high school students come from around the world to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), to race human-powered submarines they designed and built themselves in the command's David Taylor Model Basin (DTMB).
