the big secret is to enable all the cookies when you are sitting up your account and David suggest you stay logged into the site.
When I was trying to post this morning I kept being told I had not logged in and that I needed to register but I was registered. Then I realized that I had to enable the cookies..(scroll down to the bottom of page on the main forum page (not the home page but the forum page) and you will see a place to get cookies..
First mistake I made is I elected to not have cookies enabled when I came on the site. So when I went back and forth between home page and forum I had to log in both places again. To change this (are you reading bro Chris?) go to the top of the forum page see the little button that says usercp click on that and you will see all kinds of little ways to change your options, your profile etc...
Also if you want to change your font or color and play around with your text click on vB code help read carefully and in no time at all you will be gettin really creative. That's it for right now. Just post to this thread if you are havin trouble...

...David... if you would look for those "tiger jaws" they used to have on the P-40 warhawks in WWII...(not sure of unit #'s)
..It was our unit markings
on the 23rd TFW/A-7's, and the worthog a/10's, so if you run across it, put it on the choice board....."C"

and such? the smileys I got from boundupdesigns.com and the ones that Roger has posted, those you can find just about anywhere, when you find a picture you want to post put the mouse arrow on it and click right, go to properties click on that and then copy the URL code when you want to post it here or anywhere else provided the imaging is enabled, then click the image button right above the reply screen and then type in the code an click ok otherwise you can do it this way type [img] code [*/img*] just leave these out of it * * when you use the image button you don't have to type this in [img] [*/img*] it does it automaticly

I know it can't be more than 102kb--this one is 62kb--is the size on the post determined by the size of the file? i don't want to keep making these so big

The size of the picture should not affect the size of the post.
