Naval News Service reports that the Navy is rapidly expanding its security forces, and recalled Reservists will now have the opportunity to permanently join their active-duty counterparts once their recall orders are finished. Reservists who are rated MAs (master-at-arms) or hold the Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 9545 (Law Enforcement Specialist) and have been recalled to active duty may apply to permanently join the active-duty force.
