"The last note of taps drifts slowly across the mist covered hills. I feel an intense sadness and emptyness. I slowly lower my head as the tears flow down my cheeks. For a minute I allow the feelings to wash over me. The fallen are worthy.
I lift my head and look at the flag draped coffin. I square my shoulders and become more determined to honor the memory of those who sacrificied all, that all may live free.
The fallen are worthy."

Glad you made it home. Welcome home. I think 9/11 has made the sacrifices of our fallen brothers, in all wars, more in the countrys, thoughts this Sunday.

...as they have given all humanly possible...
... may the mothers, and fathers find contentment in knowing their children look upon them with a everlasting light from God's heaven...
...peace be with all of you who grieve for your fallen friends...

...May you all have a safe time of rememberence, for that is what your comrades would want for you now...

...tis a time for tears, and hugs,.. calling, and seeing dear friends that have missed us, but most of all, make it a special time for those that are Gold star mothers, and fathers...

...never let that promise of freedom that they sacrificed all for slip away...

...for we owe everything to so few...................

...Amen to our fallen brothers, and sisters on this day in the year of our Lord, 2002................."C"
