Who wore the Stetsons? Was it just the Air Cav units, or did other Cav units wear them too?

3rd Squadron, 5th Cavalry was made up of A, B & C Troops , all ground Cav. D Troop was an air Cav. Troop . Whoop Ass total team ! D troop wore the hats.
