I have attached a list of all those who have co-sponsored or pledged their support of H.R. 5250 and S. 2903. As you can see, H.R. 5250 now has 25 co-sponsors and S. 2903 has two. This list will also be continually updated on our web site at www.dav.org, as changes are made. Go to "Legislative Action & You," and click on the link to the list of co-sponsors to periodically check the progress of this bills support.
If your member of Congress has not signed on as a co-sponsor of this bill, and you have been working to get his or her support, please let us know what objections you are hearing about this legislation. We do not need a great deal of detail in these messages, simply let us know your Representatives name, and what his or her specific objection to the legislation is.
