Brand New Trooper

Got a call from my son last night. He told me that the newest member of the Murphy clan arrived yesterday at 8 1/2 pounds. He and his wife have named him Joshua. They now have three, Matt (5) Anna (2) and Joshua. He was born at Womack Hospital, Ft. Bragg, where Jim is currently serving as Chaplain of the 325 PIR.

being a grandfather is one of the best things to be congratulations got seven or is it eight can't keep up with them all girl's but two keep telling my sons to stop following the pattern but they wont listen to me. lol

Congratulations, I can't wait to be a Grandpa myself. The daughters-in-law have said that I can't keep the grandkids without adult supervision though.

Congradulations! Being a grandparent must be exciting... I can wait though... my oldest child is 'only' 15!
But we are anxiously awaiting news on my neice-in-law! She was due Fri! I love being a great-auntie... it is great practise for gramma!
