I've been trying to attach a small 23 second .mpeg will your system allow this? If not a .mpeg how about a small .avi?
Please advise

I have a pretty cool mpeg file I wanted to post too.

The settings have been adjusted and you should be able to upload .avi and .mpeg formats now.
