MCPON Visits Brussels, Ends European Tour
The Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) (SS/SW) Rick D. West spent two days touring facilities and meeting service members at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) as well as the NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, Oct. 27-28.
