Now I AM in really deep water here, don't usually go near the stuff unless I have to... and I AM SURE my pal WO Hayes is laughing his way to the head. However, a fly guy has a question for any Navy personnel who were present in the Gulf of Tonkin at the time of the much-aforementioned unfortunate incident which gave rise to a congressional resolution which eventually led up to the War Powers Act and so forth:
