Sacrament Fire dept had fired one fireman, suspened 2 fireman, suspended 1 fireman for 240 days for their part in a Porn-Dance at a club here in Sacramento.

If they did it on their own time it may be hard to make it stick. Not that I am supporting their cause but from having worked in city government, if they didn't break any laws, their off duty time is their own. I can see the union coming to their defense.

P.S. Just read the article in the Sacramento Bee. It seems they were on duty. They in big trouble! Its seems the Sacramento Fire Dept. has some very undisciplined firefighters.

If they were on duty, It seems that Sacramento had some really dumb FFs. What were they thinking??? Unfortunately, Fire Departments are not immune from hiring nuckle-heads, just like any other occupation.
