url for location of circular at Texas Tech...The files are pdf knowing that many do not have adobe reader loaded I converted them to jpg to load them to the site. This is as large as I dare go with the jpgfileand have them load fast. It may help you to go to your menuon your browser click on view, text size, largest. It won't increase the size of the print as it isa photo but it brings it somewhat closer. You may alsorightclick on the doucments and save them asapicturein jpg format in your pictures.I'll convert the second circular and post it in a bit.

For those that may not be familiar with his work, Douglas Pike wrote the seminal source on the Viet Cong, entitled, "Viet Cong: The Organization and Techniques of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam," published in 1967. It is not surprising that the same wording, style, syntax and message of the circular that Sis posted is precisely the same blather spouted by the Vietnam Veterans Against the War, aka John F. Kerry, et.al. He was a traitor then, he was a liar then, and scum-sucking treasonous grandstanders like him do not change stripes.
