Fell in here by accident, so I filled in some blanks...had nothing better to do the oatmeal was still cooking in the microwave.
Then I'm back in my AO "USP" and I get this PM saying "glad you found Patriot Files" me and so and so are here now.
Well I don't know where you guys are, but I''ll introduce myself to these gentlemens.
I am a two combat tour nam vet having served with C/1/501 ABN INF 101st ABN M60 68-69 B/158 AVN BN (AH) 101st AN door gunner
I am a photographer and corrosion spec. I volunteer as a Chaplain for Los Angeles Co. jails & VFW 9148 La Mirada, CA
Recently promoted to CO of 2nd BN 1st REGT CA ComBat Infatrymens Assoc.
Most recently promoted to USP Chaplain. HOOAH!

Hehehe These guys might be easier to keep in line then the rowdy paratroopers at USP. Of course I didn't help any when I created a hidden forum for us to go to so we could cuss, smoke, and drink! :D
He's also got some pretty cool pictures posted that you might be interested in. Nothing bloody or violent, but some are real eye openers.

I keep telling you air force nuts, there is no such thing as a perfectly safe/good/whatever aircraft in the military! Why do you think we are so happy to be jumping out of them! :D

Please be advised that this site appears ta be a mite hard on sky pilots.Believe ol Keith has lost sompin lak 80lbs. or so over the last year or so frettin bout us.
Pull up a crate an set a spell.Our bunker is Sue's bunker-or however that's supposed ta go.

you can walk away from is a good landing...and that one was great! The pilot must've been Air Force trained to land safely in such a nasty crosswind. Either that or he's a Polish pilot who, at first, thought it was a really WIDE landing strip, but caught it in time!:l: :1:
