Hi. I am Sierrawolfe. I am a 24 year old, married college student. I want to join the Air Force when I have completed my degree. From the looks of it, that will be this fall. I have many, many questions about the whole process that I hope to find answers for here.
I am from Texas, but moved from there to Wyoming, then to Upstate New York. I haven't got a lot of time for much besides taking care of my car and my classwork.
Life for me hasn't been easy, but who has it easy anyway?
I am not your typical young woman. I care more about my car than I do my hair and am not afraid of taking care of my own responsabilities.
I guess what I am trying to say is this:
I am willing to give up whatever, go wherever, and put up with whatever if it means that I will have the chance to serve in the Air Force. I might drive you all crazy with my ranting, but it's from the heart.

Welcome Sierrawolfe!! I already admire your obvious intelligence for choosing to join the MIGHTY US AIR FORCE! Now; all you have to do is memorize the following:*
<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: Stencil; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt">
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">
Off we go into the wild blue yonder
Climbing high into the sun,
Here they come, zooming to meet our thunder,
At 'em boys, give ?em the gun!
Down we dive spouting our flames from under,
Off with one helluva roar!
We live in fame or go down in flames,
No! Nothing will stop the US Air Force!
Minds of men fashioned a crate of thunder
Sent it high into the blue.
Hands of men blasted the world asunder,
How they live God only knew!
Souls of men dreaming of skies to conquer
Gave us wing ever to soar.
With scouts before and bombers galore,
No!<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Nothing can stop the US Air Force!
Off we go into the wild sky yonder,
Keep the wings level and true!
If you'd live to be a gray-haired wonder,
Keep your nose out of the blue!
Flying men guarding our nation's borders
We'll be there followed by more.
In echelon we'll carry on!
No!<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Nothing will stop the US Air Force!"
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">*to be sung with extreme gusto! </SPAN>:1:

The members of this site are so responsive! I was a little worried that I'd get the, "Are you sure that's what you want?" speech like I got (and am still getting) from my mother, father, and sister. I am pretty sure that this is going to be one of my favorite places to go online.

Persomally I think you should join the Army....That way you can see the world from ground level. Not much to see at 30,000 ft traveling along at mach 2

Wolfe if live was easy we'd all kick back a little more. Welcome to the world. Air Force will take you in and give you a home. We welcome you to the site and be patient with life issues these take years to figure out but they do get easier with time and exposure. Don't build up any walls - these can hurt you later in life and this is what you're afraid of right now.
Not everyone is a dirt bag and not every girl will break your heart. We are here for you so when the pressure builds up vent it out here and we'll all give you a little advice on which direction to take. After all we've all been run over at least three or four times already in our lives.
