That is total bull crap. That is the Defense Supply Agency and NOT a FEMA installation. Since when did the FEMA use Airforce Switching engines? When did we ever put people in a warehouse? All the gates with the revolving turnstiles are what you would expect to find at any industrial site where pilferage is a problem. Obviously the facility is closed as the parking lot was empty, unless the footage was shot on a Sunday when everybody was off work. Hho is the author of this crap?

Gates and turnsiles are also used at racing facilities
If you also notice that the signs in the parking lot are blurred out
If you listen to the video it is all based on assumption ...someone is getting their kicks with attention seeking twisted truths for their benefits etc

Hard to believe some people can read so much BS into nothing. I live about 3 min from the Beech Grove Amtrack shop, they have been doing work on that place for as long as i can remember, i drive past it several times a day and can say with certainty that it is not a FEMA camp. yes there is military trains there ( HELLO its a railcar repair facility). not all of the fencing there has barbed wire on it. the day they were there had to be on a holiday or a sunday because the parking lot is always full. The helicopters thay fly over. Hmmm could it be because the armys air support wing is located in shelbyville some 15 or so miles away. those helicopters are a common site between Indianapolis and shelbyville. they fly in and out of the Indianapolis airport and the indy Heliport.One interesting thing the video did not show was the side of the building that is on Emerson ave. where you can see at any given time wrecked and dammaged Amtrack trains waiting for repair.
