Chris, I tried to call Nickolas the night before last, 8:00 p.m. his time and got a "leave a message" answer off the phone which I did. I left a quick one telling him who I was and what I was calling about along with my home phone number but no call back yet.
I found Bowland Scarff Ford through the Ford A-Z Plan page but couldn't find the PIN number that you gave me in their stock. I'll try calling Nick again a bit later today when it's a decent time over there on the left coast.
