Don't have to: "Socialize medicine" or even nationalize all American Oil, to stop; "Over charging and price gouging". Just need some honest police enforcing and severe punishments guaranteed for such despicably typical or normal rip-offs of The American People. Jail Time is a great deterent for even Millionaires & Billionaires,...and whether from either The Public or Private Sector (or both).
