Benefits
If the Filipino soldiers were promised benefits, why has it taken this long for the problem to surface? Why weren't they paid right after WWII? Who has been in charge of legislative bills that would have forced this payment? Why does the current Congress play the 'zero-sum-game' in making appropriations? (For those in Rio Linda, the zero sum game implies that there is a finite amount of $$ to spend, and if cause x gets some $$, then cause q does without.) With all the earmarks that have been added to bills since time immemorial, I find if difficult how this debt has remained unpaid for so long. If we can spend our tax dollars on such inane things as funding a rock and roll hall of fame, we can pay former warriors.

This guy needs some serious psychological evaluations done to possibly help him overcome the obvious loss of contact with reality he exhibits.
