I was going to write Stupid, but I decided not to, because Women are smart, But sometimes there actions are just a little off center. I was reading this article about "Eyelash transplants"
To add to there "arsenal of fake" Now comes eyelash transplants.
I was going to give a list of all the fake thing women do to themselves but, the list was to long and so I decided not to. Instead I'll touch on a few well known items.
Paint the toe nails, Put Fake finger nails on there finger nails and then paint them. Shaving their legs, armpits, and a Bikini line? Breast implants, High Heels, Panty hose, garter belt, UP lift bra, Girdle, What the hell is foundation? Face make-up, eye makeup, Lip stick/gloss, Women will pluck all there eyebrow hair out and paint in new ones where they want them, All the creams to take wrinkles out and to make you look "younger". Perfume, I wish there was a law against this stuff. (Hears an idea for women, take a shower) I could go on, but, you get my point.
Its bad enough that women can't compeat against men in anything that is physical, and have what they call "women?s rights" Whatever that is, but they also want to be called "EQUAL"
In no way are men and women equal. Maybe the fact that they breathe air.
In order to compete in a White MANs world , Women and Blacks have to have a helping hand, i.e. Affirmative action, womens rights , and equal opportunity amendment. And, in the end all they will be is qualified, not best, but just qualified. And for those companies out there that hire Qualified, Hear ya go.

Im sorry that you think Pam Anderson is anything but a waste of human skin. She is , however, a prime example of what Im talking about. A irresponsible piece of crap that married a 95 year old guy for his money and had a TV show that people watched because she is such a dumb ash and she didn't even get it.

Let it be known, these are my opinion, and I am not influenced in my opinion by anyone.
I have, and anyone that works for the people, (teachers, Police, Fire) have seen people get hired (Blacks and Women) because they had just got over some 'qualified' line on a test.
The last hiring I was involved with in the Fire Department made me sick. The fire department was looking for four new firemen , The test was given and the overall grades were turned into HR for heiring. The top 6 were White guys, The top 4 were white guys that had a testing score in the high 90s. The Fire Department ended up heiring two white guys a white women and a black guy. The Black guys total score was in the low, low 70s and the women was just above that. My question to HR and to the Fire Administration was , How are you going to explain this to the families of the #3 and 4 guy on the over all score, because you are not heiring the best, you are hireling the just qualified.
The answer the administration gave me was a standard answer, "We don't hire un qualified people" What a crock. My reply to that was, Why give a test at all, Just hire who you want to. At least that would be truthful. Heiring someone with a total score of 70 over someone with a total score of 96 is just wrong.
Its wrong for the people that I protected, its wrong for the guy that had a low score, and its wrong for the family that didn't get a carrier as a firefighter.

I understand your concern over "women and blacks" getting preferential treatment. It doesn't happen where I work however I know for city, state, and government jobs, it does count. But you also get points for being a war veteran.
