Just emailed one of my buddies and Vice Commander of my MOPH chapter. He was the XO of the 11th Armoured Cav and told me about a radio station they were given from the 1st Inf. Div. I bet this is it. I'll let you know. One of the other members of our chapter was the CO of the 11th right after Patton Jr. He's going to be on the History Channel this month. He was interviewed for his participation in WWII as a Tank Commander in Patton's 3rd Army. He was in the offensive that relieved the 101 in Bastogne after pushing 100 miles in the snow.

I know Patton was there in 68-69 because we heard of him. It would go along with the recording being from 1970. The 1st Infantry Div was based out of Lai Khe and had a station called Radio KLIK. Lai Khe was just down the road from us but I never heard either radio station back then.
