What is in a name – “A Rose By Any Other Name, So To Speak?”

Have you ever noticed how our often awesome sounding technology (and terse cursive) – is made to sound even more threatening, especially when vicious-sounding names are applied to it that literally wreak of science fiction or supernatural origins?

As a matter of fact, by even attaching an ‘X’ to the beginning of its nomenclature, some of these terms automatically begins to wreak of ‘Star Wars’ and I do not believe that this was done by accident either?!

Now wouldn’t it have been amazing if some eighty (or so) years ago, all such related military and scientific projects would have been tagged (labeled) in just such a cute and futuristic fashion, such as that which has been applied to the “X37B?” For if it had, that just might have scared the living -‘Hell’ out of the “Axis-Powers?” Or at the very least, it just might have kept them guessing and worrying?

“AFTER-ALL”, WHAT PRESSING TERROR (OR FORBODING) “HAS NOT” (AUTOMATICALLY) BEEN CONNECTED TO SOME AWESOME-SOUNDING NAME, OR EVEN TO SOME FEARSOME APPEARING TITLE OR APPARITION – FOR THAT MATTER?!”
