Description: (USA) Janice J. Carney was born (as John) in Cambridge MA and enlisted in the US Army in 1969. After training at Ft Dix NJ, Ft Sam Houston TX, and Ft Polk LA, Janice arrived in Vietnam in July 1970. She was originally assigned to the 666th Transportation Corps near Phu Bai, but moved the the 39th Transportation Bn, becoming the battalion mail clerk and courier. She participated in Lam Son 719, and spent time at FSB Vandergrift. After returning from Vietnam, Janice remained in the Reserves and National Guard for several years. She is active in the Trangender American Veterans Association.

Description:
(RVN/ARVN) Tran Thanh Chieu was born in 1927 in Tam Ky, Vietnam. He entered the Military Academy in Da Lat in 1951 and served in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) (South Vietnam) until 1963 when he resigned as a Lieutenant Colonel. Chieu then engaged in various businesses in and around Tam Ky until 1975. After several terms in reeducation camps and prisons, Chieu left Vietnam in 1990 and is now a US citizen.

Description:
(Great Britain) Winston S. Churchill, III, grandson and namesake of the former British Prime Minister, served in the British Parliament from 1970, when he entered as the youngest Conservative Party member, until 1997. During his 27 years as MP, he was appointed as Front-bench spokesman on Defense by Margaret Thatcher in 1976 and was for many years a member of the Defense Select Committee of the House of Commons. Churchill is an author, speaker, and was for many years a journalist and war-correspondent, reporting conflicts in Yemen , the Congo , Angola , Borneo , Vietnam , the Middle East and Biafra. In 1968 he became Roving Foreign Correspondent for The Times of London. Churchill was in South Vietnam from mid-January to mid-February 1966 as a correspondent for Look magazine and the British press, taking part in combat-missions with the United States Air Force. Churchill reported on events throughout the country to include American, South Vietnamese, New Zealand and Australian operations. In this brief interview, Mr. Churchill describes his assignment to Vietnam and a few of his experiences with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and ANZAC troops. Interview conducted by Richard B.
