Welcome to the Home of C-123's in Southeast Asia.

If you were an American Air Force, Coast Guard, Vietnamese Air Force, or civilian (Air America) member of an aircrew, mechanic, or support personnel, of the good old Provider, this is your site. All of you are invited to join the site and attend our reunion.

Surviving relatives of eligable personnel are also welcome.

The site will also keep you informed of our next reunion to be held in Hampton, VA from 17-22 May 2010.

To join our group, please go to the sign up page and fill out the form. The webmaster will gladly admit you to the group and add your name and contact info to the members contact list.

To all us "old" members, please take the time to register on the SIGN UP page. This will allow us to update our lists and make any changes necessary. Also, we will add your info to the MEMBER CONTACT list.

Rode in them in Vietnam, but JUMPED them at Ft. Bragg for 2 years. They were our only support in Special Foces at Yellow Ramp. They all came out of the AF Spec Op group from Hurlburt Field in Florida. The BEST jumping aircraft that I ever un-assed. Miss the hell out of them, much better jump than a C-130 but loud as can be because of the two jet engines outboard of each piston engine. I'm about half deaf from the noise today.

I'm partial to them myself... spent a LOT of hours in, under, on top of and listening to the B model.

Loud, cold, slow, no oxygen system, not pressurized, not pretty, no conveniences - but they surely could get up and down fast in a pinch.

Good ole Bookie. Glad to know somebody else appreciated her.

Over the years since outside of a couple hundred airmen, I find that mostly para and SF guys knew and cared too.

I'm really grateful to have had that experience.

I was in the 19th and 310th ACS in '67-'68. I was a loadmaster and we worked a lot with the SF guys out of Nha Trang.What a great bunch of guys to work with.

Dropped a lot of Montengards on training missions. Also did quite a few air drops. I flew a lot of Tac E missions during the '68 Tet offensive.

I attended the last reunion at Wright Patt two years ago. I am looking forward to the one in Virginia.
