Court-martial set for Coast Guardsman on sex charges

NORFOLK A member of the Coast Guard accused of sexual misconduct is scheduled to face a general court-martial in Norfolk. Thirty-three-year-old James R. Hamilton is accused of several charges, including aggravated sexual contact and failure to obey an order or a regulation. His case is scheduled to be heard today at the Coast Guard Legal Service Command.
