ST Aero sells 20 Vietnam War-era helicopters to Philippine government

SINGAPORE: The Philippine government is buying 20 refurbished Vietnam
War-era helicopters from Singapore defence contractor ST Aerospace for
just over S$20 million.

It acknowledges these are not brand new aircraft, but it's all it can
afford right now.
