Command of the region's newest military installation changes hands today

Lt. Col. Todd Ford is the first officer to command the Marine Corps Support Facility in Algiers, which sprung to life a year ago. Lt. Col. Brian Hardy, who has transferred to New Orleans from Washington D.C., is the incoming commander.
