An Old Newbie!
 

Just found this site while looking for oldtimers like myself, who served in Germany in the early 1970's, especially around the Kitzingen area. Looking for guys who used to party at Tauberbishofsheim, at the Scotch Club or the Oject! Any old timers out there who know these places, please give me a holler and lets swap lies!

Was at Kitzengen Harvey Baracks for about a year+ & then Bamberg for another year+, in late '50s.
The places you mentioned for: "Divide & Conquer" of Frauleins, don't ring a bell.
Such places might not have even been there in The Late Fiftees?

Duty in Germany
 

I get tickled every time I see msgs asking about duty in Germany.

I might be the only soldier ever to serve for over 30 years and never set foot in Europe (except for landing at Torrejon, Spain to refuel on the way back and forth from Bragg to Greece every Fall).

Dunno if I'm the only one but I'm the only one I know of.
