Secretary Hagel's resignation

Imagine that you're an American working with the people of Afghanistan on both medical and nutritional needs. Under your shirt you wear a crucifix around your neck.
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria a.k.a. ISAS comes into town and finds you, an American Christian, and an Infidel. You're taken into custody by them, what should you expect from your country?
The answer is, not a darn thing, put your head down on that tree stump and say your last prayer.
Americans in the Middle East can stop thinking that their home country is there for them, their freedom and their protection. There will be no Defence Department of the United States of America ready to serve them or their freedom. The last guy that thought he was doing his job serving America and the American people has now resigned. His boss didn't like his attitude. The Secretary of Defence was out-ranked. There will be no "boots on the ground" and if you don't like it, tough S*it.
Your blood can be spilled and you'll be the headline of every newspaper and the first story on every television News broadcast on the west side of the Atlantic.

Sad but true, Stick.

Still, all in US Military must've truly appreciated Secretary Hagel and such being SOLELY CONCERNED about "Them" and all Americans for awhile, rather than just being more so concerned about hurting our Despicably Murderous and Fanatical Muslim Terrorists', illegal aliens and foreign nationals' feelings,...such as Prez Obama normally (despicably also) does.

Why do you think: "His Barackness" usually shows least concern for We Americans than for any others, Stick?

Well, I guess that history repeats itself. Yesterday Americas Commander and Chief nominated Ashton Carter to be the future Secretary of Defense.
As Secretary of Defense Carter will be the second highest person in the Chain of Command of the Americas Armed Forces but not once in Carters lifetime has he screamed out in reply "Yes Drill Sargent" or salute anyone wearing brass on their shoulder since he never served a single day in a uniform defending America.
Oh well, I guess if you can be Commander and Chief and not ever served you can certainly nominate anyone to be the boss in the Pentagon. Isn't that "Executive Privilege?"

Sad but true Again, Stick.

Plus, I can't help but feel sorry for US ALL (re. all in US Military, all in US Agencies and all We Americans also) so micro-managed, lordly ruled or dictated by typically inexperienced, inept and cavalierly naive civilian masters (re. our quite suspect of intent Prez & his entire administration), for the last 6 years or so.

Also, one hopes that all Muslim Terrorist, foreign national, Dem Party and US Enemies in general Helpful & Pleasing Policies & Decrees by Obama will be rectified in January,...if such are at all possible and not just too-damn-late???

After all,...isn't such what: "We The (Schnook$)" or US Citizens/Taxpayers actually pay for, anyway?

Neil
