Supply Waste in Kuwait

DefenseWatch has been alerted that there are large amounts of military supplies at camps in Kuwait that have been dumped on the ground and ignored, with significant waste in engine parts, electronic components and other key materials. We are looking for someone on the scene to confirm this, preferably with digital photos that they can email us.
