As many of you know, TMLC is defending LtCol Jeffrey Chessani, USMC against scurrilous charges ginned up by the yellow journalism of Time Magazine and Congressman John Murtha. Justin Sharratt was one of LtCol Chessani's men. He was also a veteran of the Second Battle of Fallujah. Justin was charged with 4 counts of MURDER. 7 others were charged as well. Justin was the first to go to court and the first to be fully exonerated. In the years since...
In the years since Justin Sharrat was exonerated seven of the eight accused Marines were cleared through acquittal, dismissal or withdrawal of charges.
