You’d think that if you invited Jane Fonda to speak at your event, you’d know what you were getting yourself into as far as possible backlash, but that doesn’t appear to have been the case at this event: NASHUA – Following a community outcry, organizers of a respected women’s seminar have retracted their invitation to have actress Jane Fonda speak at the event.I was going to suggest that Sarah Palin or Michele Bachmann be invited to replace Fonda — it is, after all, in New Hampshire — but I doubt those ladies would agree to speak there at this point.
