He's always got that damn finger waggling under somebody's nose.

One day somebody's gonna bite that sonofabitch off.

Without that finger, Kerry may not be able to talk.

Well, there is one other thing I noticed now, by your posted photographs. Not that it is in any way of real importance, or even close to being so. However....

Kerry seems to most often wear absolutely hideous neckties!

One would like to see ones countrys foreign minister, or as in the case of the USA "Secretary of State", to atleast dresswise "look good" when representing the country. But those neckties.... Yikes! I am generally not much for thoughtless / careless /unneccessary "government spending", but state department really could benefit by to hire a "dress stylist" for its leading chair! He is, after all, not seldomly the one representing the USA abroad and / or at home, infor foreign dignitarys.

Again, perhaps not of any Real importance. But just what I noticed, by the posted photographs (aside from the finger-pointing he does in them).
