Created from the TV mini series, (Not that mini; it ran 26 episodes drawing from thousands of hours of footage, American and captured).

Uploaded here to add to my own archive of WW2 documentaries for subscribers and viewers of KBO Media. Also a tribute to the US Navy.

Made within 10 years of the end of the WW2, when such reality was still in living experience for millions and a testament in 2023 to those who went to sea in ships on behalf of the alliance.

I rarely upload a program I didn't make, but I am looking at various original sources of "clips" that I have in the KBO Media archive, worthy of restoring and re-presenting on my channel for those with WW2 interest.
