So what is so hard to understand – “EITHER THIS IS OUR COUNTRY, OR IT IS NOT”, and that is the bottom line here? We owe no single individual, foreign entity, and especially no foreign country, any excuses, or a rational, for the way that we conduct our own personal business – and that is all that there is to it, no ifs, ands or buts!

Once again, “The United States of America” did not progress, rise to the top, or even defend our own sovereignty and interests by taking orders or direction from any foreign entity! We did it by defending our own territory, taking no guff, and washing away injustice with our own combined blood, sweat, and tears. And from where I am sitting, not all that much has changed since our ancestors first declared our independence back of 4 July 1776!

And yet, there are still those, including within government, who constantly attempt to rewrite, circumvent, ignore, and even obliterate, all that went into our making! And for the record, “We the People” are not beholding to any foreign enterprise! We owe no other entity fealty, obedience, or even a guarantee of compliance? In short: “We are our own man (or woman), our own nation, and our own soul, and don’t let anyone ever forget it, including those within our own system who seem to want to forget who the masters of our destiny truly are!

And words alone will never destroy what millions of true patriots fought to secure, defend, and perpetuate, as only quitters and cowards desert a ship that is still eminently seaworthy and still in fighting trim!! “NEVER GIVE UP ON OUR SHIP OF STATE!!”

Former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti said that President Donald Trump declaring a national emergency is unnecessary since he broke his campaign promise that “Mexico will pay for the wall.”

Mariotti explained that once Trump’s national emergency declaration goes through the courts, it will most likely be found unconstitutional.

“From a constitutional perspective, this is a problem. It lets a simple majority of Congress give away their authority. Then essentially they need a two-thirds majority to override Trump. I suspect the law will be found unconstitutional,” he told CNN’s Chris Cuomo on Friday.

Former White House lawyer James Schultz argued that the funds were necessary to pay for the military at the border, in which Mariotti quickly fact-checked.

“Instead of Mexico paying for the wall, now the United States military is paying for it. The military at the border is discretionary. It’s part of a Trumped-up effort by the president to try to make this sound like there’s some sort of crisis,” Mariotti said.

“The fact of the matter is that what the statute says is that the armed forces have to be necessary for the operation. I don’t think anyone, particularly the trial judge that’s ultimately going to make findings of fact, is going to conclude you absolutely need the military for this operation,” he added.
