MCB QUANTICO, Va. (July 12) -- The second session of Teen Sailing Camp began July 5 at the Quantico Marina here. Only 12 students are permitted in each session on a first come, first serve basis. Students who have never taken the Teen Sailing Program received consideration before those who had already taken and completed the program. Repeat students were placed on a waiting list. ...
