Needing some help and guidance...
 

Alright as many of you may know I am an army wife stationed at Ft Sam Houston with my husband Michael. I am about to be getting a divorce due to his infidelity. I have proof of his infidelity and the other soldier in which he was cheating on me with. Do I sink them for their transgressions and go to the 1st sgt. or do I play it cool. what should I do legally to protect myself from losing everything? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered working it out? Talking with each other to see what's lacking? Counseling? Do both of you value each other enough to try to make it work? Are there kids involved? Right now you're hurt and pissed and want to hurt back. You need to calm down and prioritize. Marriage is alot of hard work and give and take. Is yours worth it to you? I've been married to the same woman for 42yrs., so I KNOW how tough it is. How tough are the both of you? If it was easy, this country wouldn't have a 50% divorce rate.

I was thinking the same thing......The only way to find out is to invite her to the annual prayer breakfast and choir practice, where she can sit down with our resident councellor, (Packo)for some marriage councelling.

I would love to work things out but he refuses. No there are no kids involved. I value him and would love to go to counsling but he wont even try. if anyone would like to call and get all details and give me any advice they can my number is (removed)
