Worse than that, is when the woman gets her jollies riding round and round over humps,...and YOU or ME just happen to be one of The Humps. I guess that the-bottom-line is don't piss-off a Texas Gal regarding humping, especially if having access to a car? Doesn't seem like a very smart thing to do.

There was a lady on local news who is a friend of the lady you are talking about, She said, I don't know how she (her firend) can stand it, each day having to relive the incident.
Ive got the answer, DON"T kill someone. Texas doesn't have a temperary insanity law. If your partner is cheating on you, leave, DON'T kill the person.

Texas not having a Temporary Insanity Law, which allows many killers to skate,...in my eyes doesn't really matter. What I pick-up from The News, in that there are 9 women on The Jury sez-much-fir-me. "Birds of a feather..." realities, and before you know it you've got another OJ-type Trial and/or screw-the-victim type trial

Granted, not all women on The Jury would much prefer giving "Her" a medal for Extreme Excellence in Driving, whereas only a few might actually think she should be hung for killing a despicable male of the species

But then, who-the-hell knows(?),...since most everyones a sucker for tears (at the right times), and then to there's always: "The Children"

Regardless, and like in the old Clint Eastwood Movie,...I say: "Hang-em High". A murderer is a murderer, is a murderer.
Besides, why trust any kiddies with such a murderous nut?

Even though the: "Britannica" bit seems more than a little lame (especially for Texas) to me,...you must admit that such prior notification of criminal intent is as lame as it gets.

Such is almost as nutty as placing a Restraining Order on some nut. Everyone knows (Juges excluded) that a nut won't pay any attention to such (or anything for that matter), and thusly the persons for whom Restraining Orders are meant to protect,...are actually in deep-sh!t as long as The Order is needed.
You could rightfully say (what with all the horor stories abounding about such) that quite a few people have actually been Restraining Ordered to Death. Go figure?
