I sit here, lonely, wondering if the tornado is between Denton and me, or if 377 is close to me. But, I wonder sometimes if, my twenty three years was in vain. I loved my job, my people, but I get lonely.

We got through with only a couple of broken branches, but right down the road in Keller there were funnels spotted, but none touched down.

Mr Balls, I wish I could tell you those thoughts will go away, but probably not. I ret in 74 and I still have them. Not so much latley but they do come. The trick is to begin forcing your mind to relive one of those "Lord I'm Proud to Be Here" moments. Pretty soon it becomes automatic and the lougnly feelings sorta take a back seat to the good thoughts.

Right now I'm in your boat. My wife and Son and family went to the US a month ago and I have been here in Deep Mex alone. The first day or so was heaven, then here came the loanlyness and those thought of Military Life. That's why I am here using you folks right now. I need a brother.
