14 people cheered, It was a sneer, not a fact. There are those that are willing to give Barry the record with out question, I would say look at his record. Look at his number of homeruns per year, You will see a dramatic upswing, now what could be the cause of this dermatic chang in Barries hitting ability? He got older and slower? No!, If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck its probably a Duck.
Barry went from a good player to the best player ever in one year.
Now Im not real smart, Ask anyone, but if you run a mile in 6 min and the next year you can run a mile in 4 min I would guess its not all YOU.

You're right on, Ron. This guy's a cheater, plain and simple. His whole hitting record should be erased, and kept from EVER being put in The Baseball Hall Of Fame. Same goes for any of these other jerks that have been found to be users.

Most of the people that are willing to look the other way say"It's only entertainment." Well it's also big business; being a part of National history; and being a role model to millions of kids whether you want to be, or not. These guys are trying to topple long standing records set by athletes that did it with talent, strength, and hard work without the use of performance enhancing drugs. I particularly liked the sign that said "The Babe did it on hotdogs and beer." :D The Babe's grand daughter is smart in wanting to distance herself and The Babe's name from all of this steroid scandal. Bond is a cheater, and should be a man about it and say so.

He still hasn't been convicted, or proven he did use steroids.

Just look at his record of home runs hit per year. and Just like I said, You run a 6min mile one year and next year you run a 4min mile, It don't take a brick wall to fall on someone to understand that something is a-miss.
He will never be convicted of drug abuse, That don't mean people don't see just what happened.
If you were to take a 500 mile trip in your vehicle and you made it there in 5 hours, Chances are real good that you were speeding and you were never convicted. You can say you were not speeding and theres no proof you were speeding, But, you were speeding.

Ya know its one of the reasons I am no longer a baseball fan. They banned and erased Pete Rose and his records for gambling then they have all these fellas who have admitted to using these drugs. Not only that they pretty much know that more of these guys have used as well. STUPID!! I'd rather honor a gambler than a cruddy steroid using millionaire.
