Joe Biden for Veep!

Wow, Obama bicked the dumbest politician he could find as his running mate. This is the same Joe Biden who thought that the "Arabs are going to take over running the Port of Wilmington" when a company from Dubai wanted to buy into 50% of the parent company that owns Delaware River Stevedores (Who never ran the port anyway) The same guy who was accused of plagerism. The same guy who claimed to have been in the top 10% of his class when he was actually 93 of 100. If Barack Obama and Joe Biden are the "Best" that the DNC can come up with, then they are so far in the hole that they can't see daylight.
The smoke in the "Smoke filled back room" of the DNC must be coming from crack pipes.

Biden has already taken orders from Obama and is busy spending our money.
From Presidency of Georgia: Georgia’s President... From Presidency of Georgia: Georgia’s President...Don't worry, he's only promised a billion dollars.
Joy

At the Tuesday-morning meeting with committee staffers, Biden launches into a stream-of-consciousness monologue about what his committee should be doing, before he finally admits the obvious: "I'm groping here." Then he hits on an idea: America needs to show the Arab world that we're not bent on its destruction. "Seems to me this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran," Biden declares. He surveys the table with raised eyebrows, a How do ya like that? look on his face.
The staffers sit in silence. Finally somebody ventures a response: "I think they'd send it back." Then another aide speaks up delicately: "The thing I would worry about is that it would almost look like a publicity stunt." Still another reminds Biden that an Iranian delegation is in Moscow that very day to discuss a $300 million arms deal with Vladimir Putin that the United States has strongly condemned. But Joe Biden is barely listening anymore. He's already moved on to something else.

Wow! What a genius! The typical idiotic response to the playground bully, according to Playground Manners for Dummies, is to bribe them, offer them your lunch and/or lunch money, your sister, anything to quit their bullying tactics. I may be wrong, but I think Joe Biden authored book.

No, if he wanted to pick the dumbest politican he could find, he would have picked John "Last in his class" MccAin
McCain can't even figure out how many houses he has.
Why pick someone to lead America into the future that hasn't even figured out how to use the internet?

I agree, what a dumbass! Lucky for him, you can't shoot people just because they're stupid.

Have you looked at Biden's gun control stance?

Biden wants to ban ALL semi-automatic firearms.

We all sitting here vulnerable to arrest ON SUSPICION and indefinite detention with no charges filed, and he wants to gather up firearms?

I don't think so!

Isn't it amazing that some people can't tell the difference between a man no knowing how many houses he has, and a man who didn't come by any of his houses honestly? Barack Hussein Obama, friend of convicted felon Tony Rezko, got his house thorugh a real 'sweetheart' deal. You remember him, right, Barack Hussein Obama, the bastard son of a Kenyan socialist and a white atheist?

The tape, which was made available by C-SPAN in response to a reporter's request, showed a testy exchange in response to a question about his law school record from a man identified only as ''Frank.'' Mr. Biden looked at his questioner and said: ''I think I have a much higher I.Q. than you do.''
He then went on to say that he ''went to law school on a full academic scholarship - the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship,'' Mr. Biden said. He also said that he ''ended up in the top half'' of his class and won a prize in an international moot court competition. In college, Mr. Biden said in the appearance, he was ''the outstanding student in the political science department'' and ''graduated with three degrees from college.'' Comments on Assertions
In his statement today, Mr. Biden, who attended the Syracuse College of Law and graduated 76th in a class of 85, acknowledged: ''I did not graduate in the top half of my class at law school and my recollection of this was inacurate.''
As for receiving three degrees, Mr. Biden said: ''I graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in history and political science. My reference to degrees at the Claremont event was intended to refer to these majors - I said 'three' and should have said 'two.' '' Mr. Biden received a single B.A. in history and political science.
''With regard to my being the outstanding student in the political science department,'' the statement went on. ''My name was put up for that award by David Ingersoll, who is still at the University of Delaware.''
In the Sunday interview, Mr. Biden said of his claim that he went to school on full academic scholarship: ''My recollection is - and I'd have to confirm this - but I don't recall paying any money to go to law school.'' Newsweek said Mr. Biden had gone to Syracuse ''on half scholarship based on financial need.'' Says He Also Received Grant
In his statement today, Mr. Biden did not directly dispute this, but said he received a scholarship from the Syracuse University College of Law ''based in part on academics'' as well as a grant from the Higher Education Scholarship Fund of the state of Delaware. He said the law school ''arranged for my first year's room and board by placing me as an assitant resident adviser in the undergraduate school.''
As for the moot court competition, Mr. Biden said he had won such a competition, with a partner, in Kingston, Ontario, on Dec. 12, 1967.

Smart

Sen. Biden's bad acts in lifting some moderately well-crafted phrases from Kinnock's campaign speeches into his own, or in lifting five pages from a law review article into his own law school class submission, or his exaggeration of his academic record weren't going to actually win him any elections, or confer any substantial advantage upon him as a politician. Yes, there's a pattern; but it's a pattern of small-scale thefts, not grand larceny. And I emphatically agree with Prof. Reynolds that Sen. Biden's substantive record and political positions more than suffice to make him an unattractive candidate (although in every instance, he's been pandering to a constituency who will almost by definition disagree with that assessment).

"I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do," Biden snapped. Nor did he let it go at that, replying that he was graduated from law school in the top half of his class and suggesting that the questioner was "a heartless technocrat" for caring more about law school grade averages than about leadership abilities.

Military service record: At the height of the Vietnam war in 1968, Biden was prime for the draft at 26 years old but was rejected for “medical reasons“. I’m sure details of his rejection will become clearer in the following weeks. It should be noted that his son, Beau_Biden Beau_Biden, has orders to deploy to Iraq on October 3rd, 2008 with his Delaware National Guard JAG unit. Will his son bring a balance for the senior Biden’s lack of military record?

Details: During the Vietnam War, Biden got a draft notice but flunked the physical due to asthma, according to a 1987 Washington Post profile.

What a marvelous piece of FACT and TRUTH about the plagarizing and pandering Joe Biden. And the poor baby got deferred because of asthma? Poor thing - all that wheezing and coughing must have made his hair fall out, or maybe it was because of all that lying and literary pilfering that he became bald.

He also took lessons from the Clintons about how to answer direct questions: "My recollection of this is inaccurate." Why can't this POS just come right out and say, "I lied."?

I don't see what how many houses you have has to do with running the country.

I also don't care who they're diddling as long as they RUN THE DAMN COUNTRY THE WAY THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO while they're doing it.

I don't elect them to be chaste. I elect them to RUN THE COUNTRY!!!

LEAVE MY CIVIL RIGHTS ALONE,

LEAVE MY CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION ALONE,

LEAVE MY GUNS ALONE!!!
