or semantics, since most and whether
making $50 Grand a year or $350 Thou
yearly,...have their big percentages
in taxes taken-out weekly.
Plus, getting any taxes refunded from IRS
has to be on the up and up and not
all that easy.
Never so for both Soros, Kennedy and such,
and quite the opposite with vast offshore wealth.
IRS has to try and find their ACTUAL yearly incomes.
