I still don't understand why Kerry blames Bush and
Administration for the: "Bungling of The North Korea
nuclear crisis"?

Hell, President Bush only inherited it.
Whereas Clinton and previous Administration
pretty-much helped cause The North Korea Nuclear
Crisis,...and stupidly and digustingly AT GREAT EXPENSE
to The American Taxpayer, to-boot.

Guess old Kerry suffers some pretty-selective
memory losses,...as so many Democrat gods
so often, normally and quite purposefully do?
