I don't know if the procedures are the same today as it was during Eisenhower days where the Allied Commander had the final word in rape and murder court marshalls. Eisenhower would have sentence all of them to the firing squad.
I believe it would be safe to say Eisenhower gave the ax to 95 Soldiers during WWII. What I was able to find was a piece about Pvt Slovik which read "Slovik was executed Jan 31, 1945 and buried along with 94 other American Soldiers in a secret cemetery in France set aside for those executed for rape and murder".
