There was a segment on N.B.C. Nightly news last night that reported on the "contracting out" (outsourcing) of more than 350 government employees at Walter Reed who were replaced with no more than 50 or so 'private' or 'contracted' employees. It' was obvious as the nose on your face WHERE and WHAT the majority of the problem(s) were.
History will record and document that this will be the "legacy" of Dick Cheney in his unrelenting mission to 'privatize' Federal government!
