Scooter was covering up for others we all know that. The whole system is dirty. They truly believe they are above the law in many cases. Scooter is no angle but he's not the only player.
I'm sure those Scooter supporters will ensure that he is pardoned before Bush leaves office. Money has a way of covering up many things.
It's a white wash process that eventually will bleed through and more details will be revealed at a later date.
Someday the true story will come out and tell how many of these dirt bags were really part of the ongoing issue.
