Colonel Thaddeus J. Stauber
One of the names that came up when working on the linn County Missouri Veteran's History Book was that of Colonel Thaddeus J. Stauber. He was breveted to the rank of Brigadier General and helped organize and then commanded the 42nd Missouri Infantry Brigade (Union). Is there a database out there where I can find more info on him and others?
