FORT POLK, Louisiana -- Initial reports indicated that an F-5 tornado destroyed the Fullerton Nuclear Facility with an estimated 200 people dead and another 1,000 people affected in the surrounding area. A radioactive release occurred on Mar. 10 at 12:00 p.m. in the vicinity of Fullerton, Louisiana.
