You know I love you man but a lot of the post seemed to be anti-Bush, anti-republican and there does seem to be some justification. Yes, you said the numbers will be cut but it's sort of hard for someone who has always been bad with math to wrap his brain around numbers that big.

Do you have any nuts and bolts info on what kind of cuts we are looking at? I understand nurses and out-patient bennies will be cut, as well as a number of programs, read your post twice and know what was pointed out. However, a good friend is getting 50% and that's almost all he lives on. Is it looking like he'll take a cut in the few dollars he now receives? I know you don't have a crystal ball but if there is anything firm in what sort of cuts will be made to the disabled, it would be good to know. Is there anything like a formula for cuts? Seems I'll need to hand carry Dean back to the VA to file another claim.

BTW, you are right! If a tax cut is going to be paid for by screwing vets it would be awful hard to vote for the guy in charge.
