reeb...not sure but I think you are talking about a stinger. Bad juju, that is the main reason the Afgans defeated to Russians on the battle field. Even though the Afgans could not match them toe to toe, the Russians could never achieve air supremacies because of all the Stingers we gave to the Afgans.
