Actually, usually appreciated the hot meals that we occasionally got in the field. I'd eat the local chop-chop when I could. Eaten dog-on-a-stick a few times, along with other non-descript meats [didn't want to know]. The main attraction was that it didn't come out of a can. The only time I really got sick, was from eating too many of those little green bananas.
